Bosna is a spicy Austrian fast food dish, said to have originated in either Salzburg or Linz. It is now popular all over western Austrian and southern Bavaria. It resemble a hot dog, consisting mainly of a Bratwurst sausage, onions and a blend of mustard or tomato ketchup and curry powder.
JOTA
The Istrian stew , made of beans, sauerkraut or sour turnip, potatoes, bacon, spare ribs, known in the northern Adriatic region.
CEVAPI
Cevapi is a grilled dish of minced meat, a type of skinless sausage, found traditionally in the countries of southeastern Europe. They are usually served of 5-10 pieces on a plate, often with chopped onions, sour cream, kajmak, ajvar, feta cheese, minced red pepper and salt.
FRIED CHEESE
Fried cheese is a Czech and Slovak cheese based dish, widely spread in both countries. A slice of cheese and about 1.5cm in thickness, is breaded with flour, egg and bread crumbs and fried in a pan.
KARELIAN PASTY
Today Karelian Pasty are eaten throughout Finland. Nowadays in the most familiar and common recipe the pasties are made from a thin rye crust with a filling of rice. Butter, often mixed with boiled egg is spread over the hot pasties before eating.
